Our Chair for this series, Joan Flowers, assembled 1-Year Anniversary goodie bags of energy snacks for all participants. It was the usual hooting and cheering and eye rolling as we marched across the course.

November 8th - Ladies Guest Day
The theme for the day was "The Magic of Motown". Motown attire was optional. The format was Two Better Balls of Four, which allowed for some fun and not-too-serious golf. Members were invited to bring 1 or 3 guests for the event. After the delicious 7:30 breakfast by Chef Joey, shotgun started at 8:30. Lunch and awards followed.

2016 VALLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!!
Yes, our own Rancho Santa Fe Valley Cup Team won the Championship! Rancho was the overall Gross Champions with 38 points. This will be our 3rd year in a row for winning this prize, so we get to retain the trophy. The runners-up were: Fairbanks - 34 pts, Del Mar - 18 pts, and The Farms - 18 pts.

Upcoming Events
Mini "Match Play" Review and Game - Tuesday, November 29th, our own Pat Newmark will review Match Play rules for anyone who wants to learn more about that game. Pat's class starts at 8:30, then about 9:45 we will pair up in teams and play 9 holes in a fun"Mini Match Play Game". Lunch will follow with more discussion, questions, and answers. Holiday Party
There are always so many events happening in the month of December, but the best party of all will be the RSF Women's Golf Club Annual Holiday Party & Meeting Day Tuesday, December 6th - 8:30 Shotgun - Holiday Scramble. Sign up in the Ladies' Locker Room or call the Pro Shop. Don't forget - this is the party when we all bring an unwrapped gift to be donated to Toys for Tots.
