DRESS CODE


Any member, guest or family member not appropriately dressed according to this dress code will not be allowed to use the practice facilities or Golf Course. Golf Club members are responsible to advise their guests and family members regarding the RSFGC Dress Code. This includes non-golfing guests. The Golf Course Dress Code applies to children of all ages while using the golf course or any practice facilities. The Board of Governors has authorized the Staff to ask any member or guest to change before using the golf facilities, or leave the premises, should they be in violation of the Dress Code. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.


MEN'S DRESS CODE

• Collared shirts with sleeves must be worn on the course or practice facilities. Shirts must be tucked in at all times (golf shirts designed to be worn un-tucked are acceptable). Turtleneck shirts or mock turtlenecks with a minimum of 1-1/4 raised collar are acceptable.

• Slacks, knickers are acceptable; shorts up to four (4) inches above the back of the knee are acceptable. Shorts with raised pockets (cargo type shorts) are not acceptable. Denim of any type is never acceptable on the golf course or any practice facilities.

• Appropriate golf shoes must be worn at all times on the golf course or any practice facilities. No metal spikes are permitted anywhere on the club property.

• Slacks or pants designed to be "5 pocket style" are acceptable provided they are not made of denim material.


WOMEN'S DRESS CODE

• Collared or collarless golf shirts or tops are acceptable, sleeveless blouses or tops must have a collar and collarless blouses or tops must have sleeves.

• Golf skirts, slacks or walking (bermuda length) shorts with a maximum five (5) inches above the back of the knee or have an 18” outseam are permitted.

• Tank tops, halter tops, tennis shorts or tennis skirts, tee shirts, cut offs, short shorts are never permitted on the golf course or any practice facilities.

• Denim of any type is never acceptable on the golf course or any practice facilities.

• Appropriate golf shoes must be worn at all times on the golf course or any practice facilities. No metal spikes are permitted anywhere on the club property.
Members of RSFGC, their families and guests must be properly dressed at all times in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere of the Club. It is the responsibility of the member to inform their guests and family of the dress requirements. The Board of Governors reserves the right and has authorized management to deny service and/or access to anyone improperly dressed. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

• Men must remove hats, caps and visors while seated in all indoor dining areas. Members and guests using the outside patio dining may wear head gear. All head gear must be worn with the visor or bill facing forward.

• Denim attire is permitted in all areas of the clubhouse (unless otherwise specified for a party or event). Denim must be tasteful, absent of tears or skin showing.

• No swimwear, bare midriff's, men's tank tops or abbreviated attire (ie. spaghetti strap tops, halter tops, short shorts no shorter than 5" inseam or an 18” outseam, fishnet tops or cut offs). Summer dresses with spaghetti straps are acceptable.

• Appropriate fitness or tennis attire is acceptable in the Grille, Bar or Patio areas only prior to 4pm daily. Acceptable fitness or tennis attire includes, warm up suits, cover ups but not fleece or sweat suits.

• Shoes must be worn at all times, Golf shoes may be worn provided they are soft spikes.

• Men's shirts must have sleeves.
